About Ishraq Academy
Ishraq Academy was founded as a supporting academy for Ishraq Energy P.S.C "An innovation pioneer and advocate for Green Engineering Solutions" with a cultural focus on continuous knowledge growth and best of breed practices, where through our practical and highly needed training we aim to empower and educate the next generation of innovators and technicians, we take pride in our ability to provide our trainees with the needed knowledge for them to exceed within their fields and sectors as well as our ability to provide them with employment opportunities through our different partners and in-market connections.
Empowered by our in-depth market experience we were able to design, deliver and provide a top-notch practical and vocational training and a detailed into market approach with several High-Caliber Partners, as well as our ability to design around the year Engineering training and workshop design and directed for fresh graduates and Green Engineering enthusiasts.
CARE International
Ishraq Energy and CARE International cooperated to provide vocational trainings for a total of 225 individuals across 5 different locations, in 4 different cities.
Over the period of 7 weeks, our trainers worked hand-in hand with training participants to provide them with the technical, and vocational knowledge and experience, to become active change factors within their local communities.

Education for Employment “CoWater”
Aligning with Education for Employments’ vision Ishraq Academy provided trainings for a total of 200 Individuals in Photovoltaic maintenance and installation, as well as participating in their Job Fair event to help allocate local talents and provided sustainable long-term employment.
Our program was focusing on empowering the next generation of Photovoltaic technicians in Jerash and Ajloun.
GIZ
Ishraq Academy in cooperation with GIZ was responsible for arranging a community ambassadors’ campaign, in cooperation with 12 local volunteers who have successfully graduated from our sustainability and Idea pitching training (i.e. community ambassadors) where they were responsible for door to door to both houses and shops visits around the Mafraq area to conduct an awareness campaign on water and energy efficiency and renewable energy.
The campaign concluded with 450+ visits an astounding 150% goal achievement over the period of 7 days.
Pro-Fix
Over the period of 6 weeks, Ishraq Academy provided an online training for participants from Gaza strip on:
- Electrical board maintenance and design
- HVAC system designs and installation, with a focus on VRF systems.
Applied Science University
Our cooperation with ASU, focused on elevating the level of their engineering department graduates, by hosting a Photovoltaic design and maintenance workshop over the period of six weeks.
The Training targeted senior year electrical and mechanical engineering students, in-cooperation with the university’s renewable energy center.
JEA
Ishraq Academy focused on implementing long-term partnerships with Jordan Engineers Association, the leading supporter and backer for Jordanian engineers, which in-turn lead us to cooperate in conducting several training seminars and workshops; to empower and elevate the level of Jordanian engineering graduates.
